You have until 7/23/24 to request to testify for up to 5 minutes. Send a request to Colleen Connolly at: coconnolly@pa.gov . All comments must directly pertain to the NPDES Permit (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System) primarily stormwater and pollutant discharge concerns. Written copies of oral testimony are requested. All comments, oral or written, will carry equal weight and consideration with DEP. Individuals attending the hearing will have the opportunity to testify if they so desire; however, individuals who preregister to testify will be given priority on the agenda.
(This warehouse at 2766 Route 100, should not be confused with Core5’s other proposed warehouse. Core5 named the 7509 Kernsville Road project: “Core5 at Route 100”.
